PRIVATE LABEL
Packaging is more than a box. It protects the product, communicates value and influences the customer’s first impression. For private label gaming accessories, packaging should balance branding, protection, cost and shipping efficiency.
Choose the Right Structure
Common options include color boxes, kraft boxes, window boxes and premium rigid boxes. Internal trays or protective inserts should prevent movement and protect joysticks, keys, buttons and cables during transportation.
Prepare Accurate Content
Packaging may include brand name, product images, features, compatibility, specifications, warnings, barcode and importer information. All claims should match the actual product and target-market requirements.
Control Color and Printing
Screen colors can differ from printed results. Use defined color values and request a digital proof or printed sample. Confirm logo size, position, finish and barcode readability before approving production.
Design for Shipping
Retail boxes must fit efficiently into master cartons. Excessive empty space increases freight cost, while insufficient protection can lead to damage. Ask for carton dimensions, gross weight and packing quantity before shipment.
Approve a Complete Packing Sample
Review the product, accessories, manual, labels, insert and retail box together. A complete approval sample prevents missing items and inconsistent presentation in mass production.
